This is my first ever super rare report, so hopefully, I don't botch it ;)
And no, the values I put are not made up, I've seen these with my own eyes :D
Item's going down
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/TypewriterST.gif - Saw 2 go for 45 hc pure, and saw 1 go for 44 pure and 1.0 unpure.
My prediction : Going down to 45 hc.
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/BronzeDragonLampST.png - Seen this go twice for 26 hc and once for 25 hc.
My prediction : Going down to ~26hc. Maybe 25.

My prediction : In my opinion, these shouldn't be considered a super rare. They'll probably go down to 4 HC, maybe 3 in a couple of months.
Item's trading at their value

My prediction : Staying at 6.0

Item's selling for higher

I still wonder why, but these baby's are hitting above the 20 hc mark, even though they are priced at 16 each. They are being snapped up for 22 hc's [1 time], 21 hc's [1 time] and 20 hc's [1 time]. I spend most of my time in rare casino's, and I see people asking to buy these at around 22-24 hc's.
My prediction : Definitely going up, still is to be seen by how much. My estimate is around 21 hcs.

Also, on a side note (more like center note :P), I'm working on checking out dino prices. The prices I've collected so far, I'm not happy with, so this will be in my next report.
