Which pacakge are you paying for and what speeds are you actually getting? www.speedtest.net (http://www.speedtest.net)


I was just wondering if its better to go for the 4mb package which is being upgraded to 10mb or the 20mb pacakge.

Im with virgin media, the M package and getting a download speed of like 120 kb/s, although I am not at home atm.

I don't know, I'm still running thorough an NTL:Home router etc. (:

no idea about the package but I know I get 256kb/s.


Still have the old NTL modem thing.

I upgraded recently to the 20MB package, and we seen a big difference from 2MB.

Im on 4meg, on Ambit ntl modem and I get 3980 ish on Speedtest.

I also have a main desktop downstairs plugged into modem and then the laptop now by wireless and xbox by wireless also. So I think it's pretty good. :]!
