Itunes has killed its self

It auto updated to the latest version this morning and now it wont start, Ive tried using the shortcuts on the start menu and going to C:\Program Files\iTunes and clicking Itunes.exe in there. :(

this happened to me once I just had to uninstall it and download it again and it worked just fine.
