Comments: The jade dragon was released in the catalouge a few months back, and hasnt moved in value. The item has been un-wanted so its value has decreased.

Comments: Realesed in the catalouge for a small time, everyone wanted one, but now they have been traded at this value as people are getting bored.

Summer Fan- 1.2CS- 2 Times
Comments: As were apporching the summer season, people are needing fans for casino building etc. This value has seemed to settle.

Yea i agree with two of your values, except the Jade dragon (i no everyone see's different) but they are really hard to get hold of so alot of people are willing to pay 1.0-1.5CS when they find one plus it's nearly a year since the release for the Jade dragon, so it wasn't a few months back.

Anyways keep up the work, +rep :D (when i can cos i need to spread)
