We have just purchased the project tools addon for vBulletin.
We will be using this to track bugs and problems instead of using the forum to ensure that all bugs are fixed or at least looked into. We will also be able to assign certain things to certain forum staff, that way you know who is looking into the problem and who fixed a certain bug :).
Hopefully this means all bugs and other problems will be fixed faster than at previously :).
This is in response to the poll set up in the Forum polls regarding technical problems and bug fixing. Obviously we will be using this bug tracker for the forum and our other sites/services.
I will update you once it's full set up.
