Firsty, i'd like to stress that i have really important exams at this time. So i haven't done my habbo homework that good. I tried my hardest to do this and fit revision in as well. So please respect that obv GCSE's come first. ;)
Key:
Blue = Below Habbox value
Green = Habbox value exactly
Red = Above habbox value
Yellow marquee
http://www.habbox.com/images/Furni/Rares/YellowMarqueeST.gif
0.8 = Seen 1 time
1.0 = Seen 2 times
1.5 = Seen 1 time
The yellow marquee originally was a big hit to habbo, it was released the time when people started to get credits, and buy rares and ALOT of these were sold (i bought 10) and habbox i think first released this at 2.0 and personally i think they were right to decrease it's value. However now it's summer of '08 (thank god) i think more people are wanted it for habbo beaches.

0.3 = Seen 5 times
5RD = Seen 2 times
All my life i've seen people trading alongside habbox's values, however seeing it get sold for 5RD actually shocked me. Shocked me alot. People labelled as 'noobs' mostly have this peice of furni, and therefore is disliked by the population of habbo.
Gothic Ectoplasm Fountain

2.0 = Seen 5 times
2.5 = Seen 4 times
The gothic selection is being used in most rooms for example, Death trains and Goth Hangouts, and this is really important for the gothic range. People are paying a little bit more, to grab one of these however alot of people are trading alongside habbox's value.
Unholy ground

1.5 = Seen 3 times
2.0 = Seen 4 times
Personally i think this rare follows the petal patch rare, they were both again released due to the departing weatherman, and they are both used for the same thing. This again normally goes with the gothic rooms, and dark death train's ect. However last report i said the petal patch was being sold for more, and i think this rare is being traded for a little higher than it's valued (just like the petal patch)
Thanks for reading, please comment on what i can improve on Thanks.
