With our on going efforts to fix many of our long existing problem at Habbox Forum, I would like to give you a short, quick update.
We had a poll set up a few weeks ago asking what you thought about our forum support and from those results we felt we could definitely improve forum support.
We have purchase a THREE HUNDRED dollar support system to ensure that we give you the best possible support and the fastest, most accessible support as possible.
With the use of a ticket system which will be integrated into vBulletin, there is no doubt now that support WILL exist for everyone and everyone WILL get a reply (we have yet to decide on a guaranteed response time :P).
The support system will be for:
- Contacting forum management when you are not sure who to contact (instead of contact us email).
- Ban appeals (instead of contact us).
- Complaints (instead of contact us).
- VIP problems.
- Habbo questions and problems (instead of hxhd forum).
- General technical & safety questions (although we may not be able to help out with every situation, we will try our best to do so - it's usually best to ask in our tech forums for advice as they are the pros in this field).
- Questions relating to Habbox.
- Private feedback (if you do not wish to use the public Habbox feedback forum).
As you can see, this is something no other Habbo fansite offers (yet) and should be a fantastic unique asset to Habbox once it is fully running :8.
The 1,000,000 dollar question; when is "soon"?
The support system will hopefully be fully set up by next weekend if no problems are run into :).
So who's the community support manager?
I will be announcing this closer to the time the support system gets released ;)!
