Most people do not wish to pay as much as one Club Sofa for this rare and request a few creds in return. This furniture is also becoming less polpular.

People refuse to sell for the habbox value and would like more. Also due to resent competitions many may have been purchased and now the sellers dont want to have made a loss and are trying too sell for more. Often needed in bulk form as one or few is often useless

After a very recent drop in value, a surge of new buyers was generated due to the drop. This has resulted in people willing to pay more, possibly in the hope that over time, this rare will increase rapidly in value.
