I remember, when I was 6/7 watching WWF Attitude! going down-stairs in the morning with my 16 year old brother he use to call me to come watch WWF so we went down and we were connected with The Rock, Stone Cold, Old Ministry Undertaker, HHH , Kurt Angle, Road Dog, X-Pac, Full D-Generation X, Nation OF Domination.

The days when I could see WWF unleash good storyline STONE COLD Steve Austin Vs Mr McMahon, 4.5 - 5.0 Ratings, Wicked Superstars, Good Weapon Fights, people in crowd connected with the matches and chucking food in the ring if they didnt like someone.
Don't forget Owen Hart.

WWF Attitude!
Get IT

lol@you calling it nation of co-operation in the old thread.

yeah.
WWF attitude era was good. but i dont know why people act like its all doom and gloom now.

tbh, the one thing i dont like now is the backstage politics.

this should be in sports aswell.

No it didnt. That was the 'New generation'

This may be blury because I cant remember exactly.
It was after King of the ring, austin won, and the WWE became more mature, including it was more vulgar, more 'flesh' was shown (if you get me) and it was all round more adult.

Wasn't Moolah, it was China.

The original Attitude was with Goldust, Stone Cold, The Rock, OWEN Hart, Sean Michaels, Mankind, (AKA Cactus Jack & Dude Lovin)

We know, fgs. Your trying to say the attitude era was when it was like, Ultimate Warrior and all sorts earlier.

The attitude era was from like mind 96 to around.. 03, but when it ended is debatable.

Your acting like you know everything about WWE but your facts or wrong and inaccurate.

The Attitude Era was 1997-2001.

Golden Days - 1985-1994.

Get The F Out - 2002-Present.

What signalled the beginning of the Attitude Era was WWF trying to adapt to the style of ECW.

Saying that the Attitude Era came about during the '90s careers of:

Ultimate Warrior
Undertaker
Rick Rude
Ric Flair
Hulk Hogan
Bret hart.
Sting.

is completely wrong. Sting was never even in the WWF for a start. During that era, Hogan was in WCW, Warrior was dwindling in retirement and WCW-ville, Rick Rude was living out his last 2 years appearing in ECW, The Undertaker had his Ministry of Darkness gimmick, Hart was in WCW, Sting was in WCW, Flair was in WCW.

As Misawa said perfectly, WWF Attitude was GoldDust, Rock, Steve Austin, OWEN HEART, and the others I said.

Oh yes Sting was in WCW :] I remember one historic match, Sting Vs Ric Flair :} Great Match I use to play on my old Gameboy a wrestling game with Sting,Flair,Ultimate Warrior. Ahhh Good Times :]
Order of the great wrestling for me.

WWF - The Rock,Stone Cold, X-Pac, HHH
Very Old WWF - Ric Flair, Roddy Piper, HBK, Lawler, Warrior, Bret Hart, Hogan
2002 WWE - Masked Kane ETC.
WWE 2004 Onwards - Crap!

Misawa

I wouldn't call the WWE of the present "crap". It's had to adapt to cater for modern audiences and I believe, even though I have watched for 17 years, it is still produces top-notice shows. It's still number 1 in my eyes, TNA had its run from 2002-2006, but it's pretty much dead now.

TNA = WCW in my eyes.

Misawa

It's turning into a side of WCW now. As I said, from 2006 onwards, TNA has been absolutely useless.

Misawa

It only became WWE because they lost a lawsuit against the World Wildlife Fund.

Mr.Sam

That is correct :)

I thought it was way better back then because in my mind it was real and that just made it "Woah crazy!"

Well, recently it's not been as insane as it used to be.

Brian Christopher, Jerry Lawler's son. They were horrible in the ring.
