Do you think England should do the same?
Personally i dont think we should look at how many under-age drivers who drive. Also if everyone can drive when thier 15-16 there will be a hell alot of traffic on the roads.

Hmm what do you think?

Don't you get a provisional type thing so you can drive but with an adult present when your 16 in the USA? That's what I've always assumed it was but I'm not really that bothered, it's just a years difference and when your 15/16, you aren't as mature as you would be when your 17/18 so there could be more accidents. And, if you want to drive when your 16, get a moped. :P

No no no no no no no. It's bad enough with all the 17 year old chavs who have just passed their test tearing up the roads as it is.

15 and 16 year olds have enough pressure with GCSE's, the current age of 17 is a good time, particularly for those students who are aiming to go away to University.

Just no.
17 is good enough, why do we have to copy USA?

17 is fine. 16 year olds have GCSEs and 18 year olds are in the final years of college or getting shipped off to Uni.

If I was 15/16, I would have probably said yes but there'd be lots of people who just would be stupid drivers.
