Going to Florida

I'm going to Florida in about 10 days and it's my first time so I havn't got a clue what it's going to be like. All I know is that you can be waiting hours to go on 1 ride, well thats what my brother tells me anyway. Anyone ever been and can tell me what it's like? Our hotels the shizzle and we have all the tickets for all the theme parks so should be guuurd.;)

Its AMAZING.
And also theres a fantasric Chineese resturant [sp?] up the road from there.

It doesn't take hours to wait for one ride, maybe an hour for the most popular ones.

I hope this doesn't offend anyone especially Americans but the reason we didn't go before was because of all the terrorists and the whole plane thing to do with the 9/11. Then my uncle said to are family "I hope you land on a runway and not a skyscraper" :l But yeh we are finally going now despite what people say.

i just got back from florida 2 days ago :]
Hint, dont wear new shoes, you do so much walking D:
oh and go to the theme parks an hour before the opening time because they open 30 minutes earlier than they should, so you can avoid the queues for a bit. Its a really brilliant place and youll have tons of fun :D
oh and i forgot to say, if your going to islands of adventure (Universal) then wear ponchos for ALL the water rides, you get completely drenched and it took 6 hours for me to dry one day ;[
