Hi Pleke.

From a neutral point of view I think they'll both die in a horrible accident that wipes out the entire population of Manchester. The good news is however, only a small percentage of United fans actually died in that accident, you're okay!

I don't think Fergie will give Berbatov as much freedom as he had at Spurs- he will just be supplying to Rooney.

I'd say Robinho.

Bit unfair to choose, because Berbatov has two years of experience in the Premier League, whereas Robinho has nothing lol. I'm a City fan so its obvious that I will say Robinho lol. I don't think everyone should listen to City and United fans choice because were going to be biased ;)

Heh, looks like the FA could investigate United and the transfer without Spurs even complaining.
Spurs don't have to complain because it doesn't matter to them. They got £30m which is probably double Berbatov's value lol. Also I think Spurs know the F.A will probably do something about it, so complaining would just waste there time.

Sorry but I can't see Robinho being a success in England, he'll struggle with the weather when the winter comes. Plus Berba is proven in England, and will have better service.

Geraint
04-09-2008, 07:14 PM
Can't see either of them being a hit myself. I can't see Berbatov playing games and Robinho will find it difficult to adapt. Can see Berbatov scoring more, though.

Azul

Erm, why wont Berba play games exactly? They've been tracking him for months and have paid 30 million for him. I personally think he completes their attack now.

You do know its possible to put 3 strikers upfront?

So, we'll just leave Ronaldo on the bench, brilliant.

Azul
04-09-2008, 07:33 PM
Ronaldo, Tevez and Rooney are not your classic strikers, well Ronaldo plays anywhere along the front. Berba is an out and out striker, thats why he's been bought and thats why he will play and score goals.

Flamedragon3

Well he's injured for another few months anyway... and when he does return United can choose the best two strikers they have. Or they can place Ronaldo behind the trio...

There are a number of formations you know? lol.

So, we'll have 3 upfront with Ronaldo behind. That'll just leave either 3 Centre-midfielders and no wingers or 1 centre-mid and 2 wingers or 2 centre-mid and 2 wingers and 3 defenders in the premier league.

You can have the three upfront, Ronaldo behind them. And then you can have LCM, RCM, CDM, LB, CB, RB...

3-1-2-1-3 formation.

This thread isn't really relevent and is fairly unuseful however Berbatov will score more as he's an out and out striker.

Just because some people have said Berbatov, doesn't mean they support Man Utd.

THIS IS AN ORIGINAL POST.

It's only natural, Manchester United ARE the most successful club in England at this time. And they will have grown up supporting United as I did maybe because of family influence as I did. In my case, it was my brother in law I met 7 years ago, just as I was getting into football. Oh and before you go 'Typical United fan ' I quit being a United fan start of last season and made S'land my first team after my grandad died so yeahhhh.

Oh and what Geraint said.

bullcrap mate, Even being a city fan they don't play anywhere better as Arsenal play, Arsenal's style is so much better than Man United, even though you may have won the premier league last season, Arsenal have won it, Chelsea have won it, even Nottingham Forest. Arsenal will play much better than United anyday, and before you say that "We beat them last season tho" We've beaten you last 2 times but you still believe united are better than city.

Could I also quote this from how bad Man U fans are...
Alex Ferguson has also made several comments about the crowd, even going as far as claiming the atmosphere on 1 January 2008 was like a "funeral".[

lmao jokes.

Face it, however much you and others may not like it, Man Utd are the most successful club in Britain. I'm sure every Arsenal fan will tell you who's better. Utd are better than City. Face it.

most succesful club at the moment. technically Liverpool are the most successfull club in english football history. and yeah Arsenal play nice looking football but United play winning football. and 1. you beat United, United won the premier league, ha and city are better than United? and 2. I already told you! NOT A UNITED FAN. ;)

Liverpool are the most successfull club in english football history.

Damm right. :)

I think Berbatov will get more goals simply because of the support he will get from the Midfield and Rooney. Yes he has skill just like Robinho does. But Berbatov has the support and will get more chances given to him. Could change by January though when the transfer market opens again and City could just go crazy on players which is looking possibly and then Robinho will have the support. Only time will tell.

Liverpool's history is the best however they've been pretty crap of late.
Arsenal play the best aesthetically pleasing football.
Manchester United are the best football team most probably in the world.
Chelsea bought their way to any success they've had in the last 5 years.
