What's the diffrence in the advanced one?

Last year I did a first diploma, this year I'am doing a two year National diploma.

Is the advanced the same as the National as my college did not offer the Advanced.

Im doing certificate, theres not a major difference is there?

Certificate is worth the equivalent of 2 A levels, whereas Nat Dip is worth 3, so there is a third more work for nat dip, but the work you do, will be the same as 2/3's of nat dips :)

I was going to do the national until I was told about the Advanced xD

You get more A Levels and more Uni Points :D

I'm doing a national... Isn't advanced that new one that they've just introduced though? Youre lucky to get onto it, but not as many uni's will recognise it unlike a national.

Yea, its new this year. I think only a selection of colleges got to do it - We get laptops :)

If it's a success, then alot of uni's and employers will be looking for it I think :P

We also learn the business side of it etc..

National Diploma in IT
