I actually love this sport i play in goal for the West Of England. infact i have a game for my club in like err 2 hours :) so yeah i play or train everyday and have to go to the UK to train national sometimes.

but i do hope it takes off much more in the next few years :P London 2012 should help it i think!

Yeah, astro turf is what we play it on, I train every Sunday.

Yup, it's amazing ;) I usually play upfront but i'm pretty much an all-round player.

Everyone tends to think Hockey is a girls sport, but tbh, you'll only ever find really tough girls playing it, and when do you girls playing it, it can be so dangerous, as they get veryyyy angry!

It's a mixed gender sport, and where I train, it's mostly boys, with about 4-5 girls? So there you go ;)

Although my school doesn't have a boys hockey team but they have a girls hockey team :<.

Yeah I train with a Hockey club too (Beeston bee's ftw). I'm not that good compared to most at the club but I just go for a laugh mostly, improved quite a lot this year.

Yeah. That depends on your stick, could be damaged, but it's not always the case, if it's cold and you hit the ball you will sometimes get a vibration.
