Rare Values Updates

We've decided to merge the seasonal and misc rare values pages to make our rare values pages better organized and easier to use. The new page is now called Categorized Rares (http://www.habbox.com/index.php/rares-values/categorized-rares). Also we've split the rares into their own separate sections to make finding rares and browsing rares easier.

We've also updated the management page to include more information about managers and include assistant managers as well as to now list all the Habbox departments fully. :)
