Just read EU law, got law reform and statutory interpretation to go.

well... that went crap. our teacher "strongly advised" us to focus on judicial precedent. statutory interpretation is my worse topic :eusa_wall!

We didn't even cover Law Reform in class, teacher stated "hadn't come up for 10 years". So we didn't cover it, didn't have enough time..

I did the Statutory Interpretation question, it was okayish.. I did sucky, but still.. didn't know that much anyway.

I did OCT G152, new specimen and I thought it was quiet easy. I was dreading it and my two favourite topics came up, delegated legislation and statutory interpretation so I did SI I hope I did well :P Only time will tell! Good luck everyone.

same, i knew delegated legislation but not law reform, had no other option to do SI :(.

I knew Del Leg so well, but **** all about Law Reform, so i had to do SI. Not my strongest topic. :l

I was sat there like... what else can I write about the purposive approach lol Literal rule would have been easier to explain for a 15 mark question.
Statutory Interpretation has always been my favourite and the teacher said she thought it would be statutory interpretation v EU law + law reform ;o
