Hey im planning to go to australia early next year.. but I just wanted to know if anyone can suggest any less obvious places to visit in the queensland/new south wales area, while im there.. :)

Gold Coast & the capital cities are pretty well the main destinations that you should visit. Otherwise you going to places such as North Queensland (Townsville, Cairns) and visiting the Great Barrier Reef would be worthwhile. :) Oh also, go to Jindabyne! That's a relatively unknown place and is at the base of the Snowy Mountains. Depending if you visit in winter or summer, you can go snowboarding at the great resorts or hiking/ downhill bmxing, whatever you fancy. Jindabyne is fantastic :)

well both but needs to have some kind of interesting thing there..
