I have seen a huge demand for both of the cauldrons this week, im not sure why but because of it, they are selling for high amouts, i think they will rise in value very shortly

This rare is in low demand at the moment and is being sold for less than it's worth. I would seriosly recommend a decrease in value.

One of the most popular ice cream machines, sells for more than its value most of the time, i think it will increase in value shortly.

I would concider revaluing this rare, monoliths are popular within the hotel and as the cheapest one, this monolith is traded lots and sold for more than its value.
