it doesnt matter, my interview they just push you for certain courses with less people in... it's not a test on you it's just them trying to push you onto things.

Interviews are crap, serious. Mine's like 9th best in the country and they let me in after dossing around in the interview.

They let anyone in if you've got good enough grades at my school.

Good Luck!

I am sending in my application form in the morning, however if I pass that I have been granted a place on the photography course, 100%.

Its not that hard sixth form interviews... I had a college interview, and well uhm... It was more like just a chat about what you wanna do in the future, and stuff like that.

Mention Cambridge and I swear, they'll let you in. xD

Inseriousity.

hehe agreed with pyroka. I never mentioned cambridge though. should test that :)

My chair was faulty and I nearly fell off it. I swore loudly but managed to pull myself back up. Was like 'uh oh' because she looked really strict but she was fine. Yeah, just a chat about my future, hobbies etc. Shouldn't be too worried or your mind will probably just go blank!

Mine wen't pretty well, they accepted me there and then because of my grades + attendance I think. And because I think I done quite well in the interview =]
They asked me what psychology meant to me :/ I was just like its interesting to see what goes on in peoples heads lol.
Just have a bit of idea what you want to say, and you'll be fine.
Im going to Leamington :)

I had mine the other day to get into my sixth form, and all they asked was what do I want to do in the future etc. And they were pointless really because our sixth form will accept anyone that's already in the school. The interviews are for people that are coming from another school into ours...

we had them in my school last two weeks. Almost everyone passed tbh!

I didn't know anyone actually got turned down following a sixth form/college interview. The figure is probably so negligible that they are not worth worrying about.

if we're being snobby about schools i'll chip in that my current secondary is the top state school in the country (AFAIK), and the one I plan on going to is in the top three.

anywhoooooo, interviews for colleges are in march here and i'm pretty nervous lol

If you don't mind me asking, what school would that be? And I assume you're applying for Hills Road Sixth Form?
