Kyle, on Ben's account, you can't get in. It's one of the best acadamy's in the world.

Trials mate, go find out.
We don't live in London but i'm guessing you do.

Go on their website, ask around.

This and the fact that it's one of the best in the UK.

You weren't scouted before the age of ten so you have a very slim chance of getting in the way you want. After the age of ten the only real chance is by going to trials, these sometimes cost money. However clubs tend to look down at the people who go to these because the club has not looked for the player, the player has looked for the club.

It won't happen.

not many go through the academies and end up playing for the first team. West ham is one of the best in the country though :)

Join a local side and get scouted. You won't get a trial for a Premier League club by ringing up and asking.

First of all you need to join a local team and get scouted. My cousin plays for Coventry, he got scouted through playing for a local team in Northampton.

Get scouted, have trails, go from there.

Not true. I cant remember who but this person was found at the age of 24.

Ok, if you want to get in the Hammers academy, look on the site to see if they have trials. You wont get in the hammers 1st team unless you special.

MOST premier league squads scout in well known acadamies or get told about a specific player that is really good and then go into the reserves. Acadamies arent really a chance to play for the reserves more a chance to improve and maybe be scouted.

If you have a local squad that have a 1st team and maybe even play in the Rymans league or BSP then you have more chance. Im in the Cheshunt squad at the moment training with the reserves. After that its 1st team so i remain hopeful even though i am 17. Infact, Kazim Richards was found at Cheshunt. And Boateng coached them until last week.

Edit: Mangle how was GAME for crimbo? Still working there?

Join a club juniors then keep training and in a few years when you're older you could be professional if you're gonna enough they maybe West Ham will wanna buy you, sorted. And I thought you support Spurs, why do you wanna play for West Ham..?

I support Arsenal. But i would want to start at Spurs between the 2. Cos in Arsenal you need to be v good to keep your spot unless someone is injured. Spurs i think would be better for me as, me playing for Arsenal would go to my head and i think i wouldnt make choices based on my career, i would make them based on the fact that i play for Arsenal, IE never leaving and throwing my career away.

Yeah but West Ham is probably the best academy, he wants to try for West Ham even though he knows how hard it is when he should start out easy (Spurs) then get good enough to see if a better club wanna buy him, if any of that happens for him :P

I rate West Ham as the best academy in England, think of all the quality players that have passed through their ranks. It's amazing shame they're and always will be a selling club.

Best? I would say Coventry isnt far off or Reading. But sure he should start at a lower club or someone like Spurs. I know Spurs's coach (for the acadamy) Called Gregg. Anyways, what part of London are you from and i will help you pick a squad.

most clubs do trial days. you go to one of them and you perform out of your skin and hopefully you'll get picked to come along again. my mate played for mk dons but was released last season due to injuries.

Join a local team, scouts randomly come to matches. Basically the club have to come to you. To make it usually you have to be scouted at a young age
