Could be used as a tactic by Lyon, they could just be saying they had an offer from City to the media, to get Manchester City/Other big clubs interested and to try and get a bid from them.

I wouldn't necessarily believe Lyon at this point until if/when City confirm they actually did make a bid.

But I ****** hope he comes to this country, would be the Robinho thing all over again :P.
