Most of you know but before I start..
Don't tell me to add pictures or colour. I might add comments though :)!
Here it goes - deep breath...

Throne:
75hc - 2 times.
74hc - 1 time.
The throne is currently at a price of 75hc. In my opinion this is about 4 times more than its worth but..! I think the demand for a throne is still high, as it probably always will be!

Cola Machine:
2.5hc - 1 time.
3hc - 1 time.
To be honest this rare is very unpredictable. I made the 3hc trade (Sold) and I think the reason I got .5hc over its habbox value, is because you don't tend to get lot's of Cola Machines around. This really up's there value to anyone that is buying not for profit, but to keep!

Red Pillow:
2hc - 5 times.
This was all in one trade. The trade was in a casino, so it is likely that the buyer was just fairly 'rich' and they just wanted to get the pillows, instead of fuss over the 1hc price difference!

Petal Patch:
3hc - 5 times.
2.5hc - 1 time.
The 3hc trade, was really a typical trade opf the petal patch. 3hc seems to be a very stable price - with most people agreeing with it! The 2.5hc trade I guess was just out of the norm.
