Hello,
I'm not 100% convinced yet so need to see what you guys think. I have a provisional driving license for a car. Does this mean I can also learn to drive a motorcycle (125cc) with it? Most websites mention a motorcycle provisional license and I wondered if this was the same as the car license.

Thanks

I do believe you need a seperate license to "drive" a motor-cycle.. but don't quote me on that. :)

Well on the back of my car provisional, it says CAT A (Motorcycle) and CAT B (Car) so I'm not sure :S

Yes but you need to take your CBT and you can ride upto a 125cc bike with L plates.

Correct! CBT is definitely needed though (unless you passed your test before 2001).
