Thanks for the update, can I ask - did he seem desperate to get rid of/was he rich enough to afford a loss like that because often some people sell quite low to get a few Club Sofas quickly but on the other hand it could be dropping yet again, nevertheless its appreciated. :)

Well he didnt seem like the rich type from the stuff he had in the room with the eid.. i think he just wanted too sell for the hcs really. and no problem happy too help :)
