Not many people have talked about it much on here but I got £20 for every pass. I got 8 in all. I'm going the Trafford Centre tomorrow spending it for clothes/trainers/accessories for college.

Did you get anything?

Other than £10 from grandma (which was unexpected) no nothing else. Don't get why we/people should get rewarded anyway; may as well get rewarded for 'eating your greens' and such.

Exactly, it's all for your benifit, your the one working for your future to gain a salary from 15grand a year to what ever, from doing some repeatative **** job to going to do what you really enjoy.

True ******s here.

So far I haven't got anything, but my mum did say that her and my dad will sort something out. My nan said she will give me something, but needs to remember what she gave my cousin last year for his grades so she can give me the same reward so its fair.

I'm actually not bothered about getting anything really, but if I do I'll be happy to take it and save it up so I can put it towards buying a car and insurance next year. I know someone at my school who is getting £50 an A and another getting £100 an A! Absolutely ridiculous really. :/ (I dunno what grades they got sorry, but they should have recieved quite a few A's)

Got some McDonalds innit. I don't really get rewarded, parents pay quite a bit for me to go to my school so as far as there concerned I should be doing well which is fair enough.

When I was at school I got nothing, and I don't think parents should reward their kids for doing well in school.

I didn't really expect anything, but altogether I got about £150, I think I got £40 for my GCSEs, £50 for my AS-Levels, and £60 for my A-Levels. Didn't get anything for my Uni results, I think because I've only done one year and I've got another two to go :P.

my parents would never set a rate like £40 for an A as an example. they just want me to do my best, which i do and then yeah. i don't really expect anything of them, ever because they put a roof over my head, cook, clean, put some money towards my insurance every month and got me a car. so when they gave me £25 i was very grateful even when some of my mates get hundreds, i don't care because i tried hard for my AAAB and i'd rather get that and £25 than BCDE and hundreds. my nan sent me a tenner too :) so £35 for me :)

£100 for an A £150 for an A*, so £450.

nothing compared to what some people got though, one of my friends got £4000 and a rolex for getting 6 GCSE's and he only got B's and C's, but he does come from a stupidly rich family.

My dad's said "if you do well in your GCSE's ill get you something really worth while"

then when we were in portugal he let it slip that if we do well he'll take us around America, visiting Florida, Las vegas, LA, New York & the bahamas over 6 weeks.

but if not, we'll get another car instead.

So i wanna do well :P
