Ok, This is Part 2 of the Rare report "The Fairy Mushroom". I did it in 2 parts as it was really quite late and i wanted to go to bed, So this report is including 2 Rare Values (Making 3 in total :D)
The Blue Monolith
20.0 - Seen Once
25.0 - Seen Twice (Possible 3rd time if Luke buys off natalie)
35.0 - Seen Once
This rare has Defiantly lost its popularity, dropping from 63hcs to its current state of 30. The 20.0 menton is a trade i observed in a Casino. The Seller was very desperate to sell and the Owner saw this and took the chance to buy cheap.
The Buyer then later sold for 25hcs to a friend.
The 35.0 mentioned was my own trade, i sold my Blue Mono for 28hcs and 2 Blue Lasers, i believe this was a 1-off buy as the buyer was starting a collection of them.
The Rare's demand has dropped since Luke sold them after collecting them for a while, as their numbers increased, also since he sold at low prices, habbox valued down anyway further decreasing its demand.
I believe this rarer should decrease to about 25hcs as this rare has become easier to find and people that have them find it extremely hard to sell. (1st hand experience there ;p)

230 creds - Seen Once
18hcs - Seen Twice
19hcs - Seen Once
20hcs - Seen Once
This rare also has lot demand, Ever since Deathix stopped buying/collecting them, people have stopped wanting to buy them lol. Seems to me that people were just buying them to sell on to Tom.
Anyway this rare has become extremely hard to sell aswell, Mainly due to the lact of people actually wanting them.
I believe this rare should be decreased to 18.5 (an average of the 5 values seen) Also to help out, ive included a collage of 2 trades that i have done involving the Lava Lamp.
