I've spent a lot of time in Trade City over the past few weeks trying to sell all of my stuff to make a casino; preparing to leave habbo.

I have seen HC Sofas going for less than the current 14 each or 7 per 100c (14.2 each).

A lot of people now are selling 2 hcs for 27 creds (13.5 each) which has seemed to replace selling hcs for 14 each. It seems however most shops still sell hcs at 14 each and I think this would change if you increased the value of the credit.

Less people in general now buy hcs at 14 each because they know they can get them cheaper. It's not as easy but it's more than possible and can save you quite a few creds especially if you're buying a lot of hcs.

To buy rares for my casino I have been buying HC sofas at 40 creds per 3 (13.33 each). I have also seen a number of other people buying at this price and it seems to work.

Using this buying price, we can value a sack at 1.5 hc. Resultantly, these are the values of credits I have seen...

Bronze Coin - 0.075 hc

Silver Coin - 0.375 hc

Gold Coin - 0.75 hc

Sack of Credits - 1.5 hc

Gold Bar - 3.75 hc

The credit is going up in value. I have not only seen this trend with hc sofas but with categorized rares and even norms. The classic 1 cred shop events are slowly becoming less popular - people are starting to sell 2 norms for 1c. With categorized rares, you can buy pretty much anything under the Habbox value. (Then again this could just be a case of: you (Habbox) can't be ar'ed to really report categorized rare values and instead come up with an excuse that your values for categorized rares are just a guide. I would comfortably say over 95% of your categorized rare values are valued too high... I think a little refinement is needed ;) But that's just me being picky)

I hope you enjoyed reading my report. <3333 :D
