Describe the organizational structure of "Logos R Us"

How do I describe an organizational structure

I don't get it, do you mean what sort of structure they use within their business, e.g. Matrix/Hierarchy/Flat structure? or am I totally off the mark.

But off the top of my head, a flat entrepreneurial organizational structure.
