Well i want a new car because of my focus using quite alot of petrol, i wanted something with as many functions and features as a focus but smaller and lower litre, i was considering a clio but there just wayyyy too basic :( Im now sort of considering a C2 but not sure what are your thoughts?

I'd recommend a Peugeot. They are all quite small (if you look at 206-307's even though 307's aren't that small) but yeh, my dads got a 307 diesel, and it's not a problem. Real nice drive (H)

307's same sort of size as a focus thoughh

New shape Fiesta
New shape Corsa
New shape Clio (even though you said you didnt like them but the new ones are really nice)
New shape Mazda 2
New shape citroen C3
New shape VW Polo

OR, you could wait till march and snap up a citroen DS3, if however you are buying used, how about something like:

Renault Twingo
Citroen C1 / Peugeot 107 / Toyota Aygo
VW Fox
or the toyota IQ thing you said before :)

I can't tell if you think that's a good quote or a bad quote. I thought it wad good but don't acted surprised or anything because they'll try and make it has high as possible if you don't seem to be bothered.

Is that a Fiat Cinnequento or whatever? If I was going to get something like that I'd steer clear of France and get a Vauxhall Nova.

Ford Fiesta, Vauxhall Corsa, VW Polo, Seat Ibiza, Renault Clio, Peugeot 207, Citroen C2, Hyundai i20, Fiat Punto, MG ZR/Rover 25, Nissan Micra, Alfa Romeo 147 are all roughly the same size.

And you can't generalize saying that "all Clios and Corsas are too basic", just look for one of a higher derivative.
My Clio has rain-sensing wipers and automatic headlights, as well as a sunroof, CD player, wheel mounted radio controls, front fog lights and alloy wheels, is that basic?

I like the thought of a C2, they're very good but they're pretty small, if you just want gadgets and a reliable car, this is your car I reckon.

But alfas's are still unreliable arnt they ?
