How long do you have to live in an area to be a MP there?

Yeah basically how long to you have to live in the constituency before you can run for an MP?

thing is that is what i wanted to know because if i have been a UK resident and citizen al my life why should i have to live in England for sed amount of years. You don't even have to live in the place your running for so it's how long do you have to live in england :P
