I dont know about the other valuers, but i think its about time the hc was moved from 10c too 9c. The vast majority of hc trades are at 9c atm, ive seen a few 8c trades.. but i am yet too see a 10c trade in the past few days although there probarbly have been.
Just feel the hc value is abit outdated, would be nice if you looked into it :)
