Yellow Rose

I have noticed that a lot of the rares have been updated but my favourite rare of them all is the yellow rose why isnt it updated ? And will it be increased or decreased?

It may not have been updated because it doesn't need to be updated, or because rare values management do not see the need to update it. Personally I think they have a chance of rising a little but with the merge approaching, they might go down as they may be more common on one or more of the other hotels.
