Hello!

It has been a while since I've done proper Sunday Updates, mainly because I have been extremely busy with exams but I am back now and I have a few updates for you today with more on the way in the next week.

Not forgetting Juicy July which kicks off on July 1 with the unveiling of our brand new Summer Skin and a sneaky sweepy surprise for all of our members!

Anyway back onto the issue on hand and here's a list of this week's updates:

Buying/Selling Prefixes in the Trading Forums
Lower spreading limit for reputation
New Description for 'Discuss Anything'

Awards Number in the Post Bit
Fixed/Fluid Option now set
Registration Guide

Don't forget, we've also made changes to the Forum Filter recently which can be read here (http://www.habboxforum.com/showthread.php?t=652101)

Also, remember you can be awarded with the Sunday Updates Award and 30 reputation points if your ideas are used in Habbox Sunday updates, so get posting your ideas in feedback now!

A little surprise for those that are nosey enough to look! :P

To enable navigating the trading forums a little easier we have placed a forced prefix choice in the Trading forums.

This means when a thread is posted a user will have to choose between the prefix [Buying] and [Selling].

This should mean users can look through the trading forums for things they need or are trying to sell with more ease.

It's been suggested many times before that the fact you have to give reputation to 30 people before you can give reputation to someone again is excessive, Forum Management happen to agree here therefore the limit has been reduced to 15.

To clarify, you must give reputation to 15 people before being able to rep the same person again.

Thanks to Black_Apalachi for bringing this up in feedback, he recieves a Sunday Updates Award and 30 reputation points.

Following a thread by Myke who raised discussion about the name and purpose of the 'Discuss Anything' forum it's been decided to change the description to highlight that Discuss Anything is for general discussion and that users should look to see if their thread fits in anywhere else.

The new description reads:

General Discussion that doesn't fit anywhere else
Please ensure that there is nowhere else that your topic will be more suited

When we introduced the awards system many users mentioned that there should be some form of recognition in the "Post Bit". It was always my plan to have it appear in the info list in the post bit and this has finally been able to happen!

It now displays your awards and links to the awards page on your profile.

Many people complain about the width of the Forum at HabboxForum and Jamesy has altered it to hopefully satisfy individual member's needs.

You can now choose between a fluid forum width, or a fixed one. Fluid means that the forum will expand and contract with the
size of your browser window. The wider it is, the wider the forum is and so on. Fixed width means that no matter how large or
small your browser window is - it will remain the same size. It's currently set to be 900px wide when you have it fixed.

We know a lot of users try to get their friends on Habbo to sign up to HabboxForum however we know that this task can be quite difficult especially if the person is new to forums, therefore it's been decided to produce a series of guides which will help these newer users both register on and use Habbox Forum.

To start with we have the registration guide which can be accessed at www.habboxforum.com/help

You are welcome to use this link when helping people sign up to the Forum - something we hope you are doing!!!
