Is there a place where its snowing constantly maybe by the mountains and hills?

Aviemore and Cairngorm (Not to far from Inverness) are the places for skiing etc in Scotland I think but a few months ago the snow disappeared as it's Summer, but for most the year there is snow there I believe :)

Very up north and very high up is your best, inverness area and upwards :)

And Ross, Scotland can be cold... but we don't have cold weather all year round :)!

the cairngormes are good yeah but tbh your best bet is october onwards...

its stays mildly warm until the middle/end of september tbh.

I don't think it'll be snowing anywhere until at least the end of september/start of october, but they've got dry slopes aswell i believe if its skiing your after.
