The 'Become a Habbox Donator' forum has been moved under the "Help/Questions/Feedback" as to reduce the amount of forums in the important "Habbox" section.

Thanks to nvrspk4 for this suggestion, he gets 30 rep points and the Sunday Updates Award.

Some while ago now we had to remove the sale of Habbox VIP and introduce Habbox Donator, for some reason the Terms & Conditions were never updated to echo this.

This has now been done, the Terms & Conditions now read: (Updates in blue):

For clarity, a fourth clause has been added to Rule A2:

A2. Do not post inappropriately ~ Habbox Forum has an audience that includes younger members, and as such all content must be suitable for those members. You must not:

Talk about adult subjects in an explicit manner.
Swear or avoid the forum filter in any way (including by using abbreviations)
Post images, videos or links that with inappropriate content like gore, nudity, obscenity or annoyance.
Post links which may cause a nuisance to other forum members, such as "Rick Rolling" etc.

Members are reminded that the rules are merely a guideline and the moderators and administatrators shall apply them within their discretion.

Rule A10 has completely been reworded to read:

A10. Please do not post links to Internet Marketing which you involves your gain at the expense of our members ~ Referral marketing is a method of internet marketing that relies on gaining new customers by referrals, usually through word of mouth. Referrals can be an annoyance for members, and therefore they are not allowed, they are also not allowed in signatures. This rule also covers sites which pay you per click on certain links.

This is as we do not feel it fair for users to post links with the sole intention of making financial gain from our users, with things such as pay-per-click links, this rule does not apply for sites which (only) include Google Adsense.

Members are reminded the rules are applied at the discretion of Moderators & Administrators.
