Some sort of banner
Pen and paper for autographs!

tickets
arrange how your getting and coming back!


If you meant arranging a concert:


Knowlage of the price of entertainment
Knowlage of how many people are going
Find a place to have it at D:
make sure you have a stage lighting ect
The date it's going to start
What time it starts and finishes
The days you will be having rehersals
Security
Dressing rooms
Things people can buy like t-shirts ect
arrange a 'meet and greet'
make a contract!
have a first aid team ready

Erm... if you are arranging then the most important thing would have to be the band(s) / artist(s) :P
