But ur I'd say 16 to fly on your own although you can at 12 which is a bit young IMO. What if you get stoppedfor carrying something illegal and you can't explain why?

I would have thought there was some rules but we saw a kid travelling on his own a couple of years ago, and he only looked about 12/13. He had a member of airline staff to walk him through security, get him on the plane, make sure he's ok, etc.

The last time I went on a place was 8/9 years ago. And it was the last holiday I went on with my parents so I've never travelled on a plane by myself. A few friends and I are planning to to Las Vegas for our 21st (maybe 22nd given I'll be several thousand pounds in debt by the end of uni :P). So that will be first time travelling without my parents.

Do the trip twice a year now. Ive been going with my brother since I was around 10 but you have to have one of them people to supervise so your not alone :P
