A load of Bobba!

Mike Ashley needs shooting. He shows no respect to the managers at Newcastle.

Chris Hughton has done a magnificent job there, promoting them from the championship and picking up historic victories over Sunderland (5-1) and Arsenal (0-1).

This is complete shambles!

Just when the whole commotion over Mike Ashley cooled down is now going to boil back to the rafters!

I hope Newcastle get relegated now. Would teach that fat ******* Mike Ashely a lesson or two. What a ***.

I hope the new Manager doesn't settle thus leading to a poor second half of the season resulting in - as you said, relegation.

Wow, I saw this thread and had to literally re-read it!
I cannot believe this!
After a phenomenal first season in charge, this is what he gets!?
Someone should check the stats, but I reckon he must be the first Premier League manager to get sacked with over 50% win rate?
Outrageous...
If Bates ever pulled a stunt like that...

I'm furious and I don't even support Newcastle!

I'm shocked! :O

I thought he was doing a good job... for a start getting promotion & then beating Sunderland 5-1...

If anyone is going to get the sack it should have been Avram Grant @ West Ham

I'm not sure Avram should be sacked, but he certainly needs to be looked at!
Avram doesn't even seem phased by West Ham's situation!
Chris really seemed to want the best for Newcastle and look where that got him :/

Ken Bates is a crook.

----

Mike Ashley is such an idiot. He is hurting Newcastle - he would be doing everyone a favour if he left.

No he wouldn't, he is a God, a man of wisdom.
May he stay at the club forever!

My love for Mike Ashley grows more and more by the day... I actually genuineley believe he could secretly be a Sunderland supporter!

Alan Pardew is the new manager?

He is indeed. Was the odds on favourite from the very minute Chris Hughton was sacked. Surely Martin O'Neil must've been contacted in regards of the job?

I thought it was gonna be Martin Jol,
didn't he leave Ajax like the same week?
