Okay so the new league tables are out...I just thought post your school's statistics would be interesting to see what people got:

here's a link for you: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-11950098

type in your post code - find your school (it lists all the schools in your area) then copy & paste the scores for these:

Area - My school's scores

% 5 A*-C GCSEs - 79
% English Bacc - 16
CVA - 1032.3
A/AS points - 780

not bad considering it's a comprehensive that allows any ability in as long as you live in the catchment I suppose. :)

The school's just switched over to a load of IGCSEs so they dont report the results... only thing reported is the A/AS points which is 917.

However, looking at the schoo site 100% got 5 A*-C at GCSE with 91% getting A* or A

Well, considering my school does IGCSE Maths we cannot actually attain 5 GCSEs including maths and English that the Government tables recognise.

My school is awful, judging from the search it's the 2nd or 3rd worst in the area. We got 4 on our most recent Ofsted report.
Thankfully I am part of the 30% achieving 5+ GCSE's A*-C.

Woah a lot of you guys go to good schools. I suppose most of them are grammar/private schools? x]

My school is 1st in the area if you don't include grammars and private schools. If you do it's about 4th/5th.
