Go to "usercp" in the top right corner and then find "Edit Signature" on the left side tool bar underneath the "My profile" section. Alternatively you can just click HERE (http://www.habboxforum.com/profile.php?do=editsignature).

And for the usertitle, only donator or VIP members can have custom usertitles.

Unfortunately, it said "Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature."! :( Why?!

Keep trying, it will work eventually. The forum just has to catch up after you have made 5 posts so you can change your signature. :P
