Habbox is moving to a new server in a new country in a new continent!

In anticipation of this move work will be carried out on the current server to prepare it for its transatlantic crossing. During this time we will be incredibly unstable and you may see a few errors popping up over the site.

This is because we use several licensed products and as we only have one license, we will need to uninstall this software from our current server and then install it on the new server. Most work will be carried out during the night however certain factors which are beyond our control may affect us in the hours of the day.

This maintenance period is extended over previous periods as we are moving the whole of our infrastructure to a completely new location.

Update: 19/09/11 ~ We will be changing our network today which may result in some downtime. It is very difficult for us to estimate how long we will be down for as for some users it may be a short time for others longer. Please visit [HxHD] for the latest information.

Network change over has been complete, we weren't down for too long a period and some people have't even notice the change.

We will be migrating Habbox tomorrow (24th September) at 19:00 GMT. During this time all of our sites will be switched to a read-only mode we hope you can be patient with us during this time.

If you are reading this then congratulations you are alive, but not only that you are now on the new server. We will be running a bit slow for this first week whilst we gather some data on our server now that it is running in a production environment.
