Seems you've covered everything you need.
I'll just copy & paste something I've written to another member:

1. Don't write essays. Stick to short, simple, sweet... & SELL YOURSELF. You are allowed to exaggerate a little as well.
EXPERIENCE
PLACE OF WORK
10/2010 – 3/2011
Customer service, car returns, suggestive selling, being responsible for cars and their customers, working as a team, problem solving, time management.

2. Try and leave as many references as you can, if you do not have any job referee's use your teachers/tutors and whoever you've dealt with with experiences...
You can also write at the end of the page "References will be provided upon request"

3. When you describe yourself, try and use big words, just use MS Word and just find different words for the same word, that look big and beautiful. For some reason they love this.
I am an energetic, conscientious and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a range of good sales skills and experience in different working environments.
I have also been able to keep a clean time record, both for work and educational environments, making me an organized person.
I enjoy challenges and I am always willing to try new things. I feel that I am able to work to the best of my abilities in any environment.
I am an ambitious, keen and a quick learning individual.

4. If you have volunteer experience, add it. This counts for your Habbox stuff too. You don't have to go into detail as it is just volunteer experience as it is not paid.

So to end this, sell yourself, be positive and think of it this way, if it's your first CV, it's not going to be amazing. But it will get you a job.

Regards,
maken

Personal Profile and Key Skills are basically the same thing for you. Make sure you don't submit stupidly long CVs to places like KFC, they're bothered about you not being a ******, not that you can speak Swahili. Make sure that you don't make Hobbies and Interests too long, make it short and condensed, they don't want to read through it to get to what they're bothered about. Also at your age you shouldn't be looking at any more than an A4 side, condense it if it does go over.

Don't use MS Word, makes you look like an idiot, unless you remember to switch it to British English.

Wrong word, they expect you to so if you don't you're at a disadvantage.

Chippiewill, thanks for the spelling msitake... :). I switched it to British English ages ago but it must have stayed the same. +REP for that.

Thanks for that, so really, I don't need to add anything specific unless I am going for a specific job.

Looks good and to the point. Depends what job you are going for really. I would tailor the CV to the company after researching it.

Like its been said, try to make the CV for the job you're looking for, also try not to have one more than 2 sides of a page, most employers see a big CV and throw it away!

Make it eye catching and make it stand out, underlining headings and making them bold etc

What computer skills do you know? You mention it at the beginning but do not dive deeper into details. If you know PHP, HTML, CSS etc. then it's important to list these under Key Skills, for example. "I have an understanding of PHP, CSS, HTML." Or if it's about different programs, then list them the same way e.g. "I have an understanding of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop etc."

You could even re-write your common sense skill, as it should be assumed the ability to work all office equipment and be left unattended is an indication of common sense.

It's up to you how to word it, but make it look like you're perfectly capable and adaptable. You could use phrases like "I have a good understanding of an office environment by..." But keep it short and sweet, and to the point. Be as succinct as physically possible :P
