AQA AS ICT

I've got ym ICT exam today, and I'm revising litterally everything - but one thing I've noticed which isn't in the book, is terms such as 'Bespoke software - made as a one off' and 'Off the shelf software' etc? Do I need to know these terms and their meaning, cause they're not in the book, it's all 'Word Processor' 'Video-Editing Software'
