Is anyone going to watch an Olympic event?

Title says it all really. I just want to know if anyone's actually gonna go watch an event and if so, what event?

Loads and loads of my friends are going (some with the PE department and some just with family). I was on the 'trip reserve list' for the school trip, really annoyed aha.

Also, if you could, what event would you want to watch?

The event I'd most love to watch is diving however, I think watching gymnastics would be pretty cool. :P

I applied for about £200s worth, didn't get any. I'll probably just roam around London in suit and top hat, waving the Union Jack. I wanted to watch Ping Pong, Swimming and Badminton.

Not this time! I normally enjoy the swimming and martial arts the most though, so given the chance that is what I would see.

People from school in Yr11 are going with the PE Department to watch womens handball and something else. Something like that anyway. It would be nice to go but I don't really mind. I do like watching the cycling and Swimming the best :D

I have 4 tickets to go and watch the womens hockey matches. My hockey club that I play for were given some allocated tickets, and my family won 4 which was really good - we werent told what the tickets were for and they were for the womens matches, which is kind of unfortunate as we wanted mens but we didn't have a choice, so happy to go and witness the atmosphere for ourselves!!
