Just gonna guess, been a while. A is simple rearrangement to form (x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2 which I think would be (x-3)^2+(x+2)^2=25 (or 5^2). B would probably be that you need to find the diameters length (double the radius) which is 10. Then you'd find the length of the line using the relevant equation which I don't remember from the top of my head, so here's a picture I stole: http://0.tqn.com/d/math/1/0/A/1/distance.gif.

For the last one, I think it would have the same X co-ordinate as Q, and the same Y as P. Though I haven't done circles for a while so I may be inaccurate :L
