The books aren't called "Cirque De Freak" That's only the name of the first book. The books are by Darren Shan and their called Darren Shan. Because the main character is the author. :S

Yeah Darren Shan rocks. A nice bit of overly hiped gore here and there, and its my FAVOURITE book :d .
Lol. The new wolf series is so cool, but ultra gorey :) Just how i like it :d

Theres 12 books so far at the moment and I keep on persuading my English teacher for me to read while the others do normal classwork. I started reading the books about 4 weeks ago and Im on the 9th one when i get back to school. I agree about them being gory but the detial on it is exellent and leaves the story on cliffhangers at the ending of every book instantly making you want to read the next one. The Author is great as well as the books. For everyone who hasn't read the books I advise you to becuase there ace. Great Thread + Rep for idea.

I've read all of them twice, some three times. They are great and my favourite one is probably the 9th or 10th can't quite remember.

A movie is meant to be made, but not for each book. For every 3 books :)
