Rares values

Throne : 20.5 HC Sofas. People are buying for 20 and selling for 21 so I choose the middle :p.
3 piece para set : 2.5 HC Sofas. I had a lot of difficulty to sell mine. I had to sell it for 2.5.
Petal patch : 3 HC Sofas. It was a very good value. I don't know why you changed it. People are trying to buy them as 2.5 HC Sofas but nobody trade them.
Aloe vera : 2.6 HC Sofas. It seems in very high demand.
Hologirl : 2.1 HC Sofas. Getting more popular !
Holoboy : 2.2 HC Sofas. Getton more popular too.
Study Desk : 1.4 HC Sofas. I think that 1.5 was an excellent value, but people are now buying/selling at 1.4 HC Sofas.
Red Silk Pillow : 0.6 HC Sofa. It's getting more and more popular and it's a very rare item.
Ice cream maker : 0.4 HC Sofa. Getting less and less popular...
Oriental screen : 0.5 HC Sofa. People won't sell it at less then that price. I saw people offering dicemaster or mocha for it.
