Ok so today I was browsing in the forums and I saw that a member of the forums had used the mod warn tags and posted on someone elses post. He is not a moderator as I've asked a member of the Mods and he said no. Can someone explain this?

He was a moderator back then when this was posted- That was quite a while ago, but yeah he was a moderator at one point. even so, normal members have the ability to use the mod tags but will be severely punished if they are caught doing it.

Anyone can use them, but if they do they will be punished severely
