Some subjects have exams done in January /(most subjects for GCSE) so they get their results in March. Then the next lot are done in May/June and they get their results in ... August (??)

Changing soon though. Think they're trying to get all the exams done in may/june instead 'cause of reasons idek.

Following some calculations I only need to average 67.5 in both FP2 and FP3 and get 38 in D2 in the summer to get an A for Further Maths.

- Unit 7: B - the only one I'm not happy with, as it means I need 98+/100 in the two coursework units we're currently doing in order to get an A*.

I only had one other exam so I thought I would resit my AS ICT exam from last summer and I now have a B overall so I (guess) I am happy with that.
AS Psychology I got a C which I'm really pissed off about as I worked my ass off for it... I've requested a photocopy so hopefully I'll be able to find out what went wrong.

But could of been alot worse, well done to everyone else.

So assuming I get the 90% average that I need for an A* in C3 and C4 then I can afford to get like 30% in S1 which would be great as it bores me to death :P

Congratulations that's amazing! Can I ask what exam board you're doing? I have C1 C2 S1 Econ 1 and Econ 2 in summer and absoloutely dreading the lot of them :(

Stats 1 is really dumb, it tries to cover too many topics in one module and just ends up really confusing. Stats 2 is way better, it's essentially the stats equivalent of teaching only differentiation for an entire module.

Well done :D I got an A at AS-Maths, but I had already took D2. You'll find it's the easiest Maths exam you will ever sit in your entire life, I got 96 and was disappointed :P Means you can afford lower marks in FP2 and FP3 which are bad, but not as bad as FP4 which you luckily replaced with S2 (which is what I wanted to do, but was voted against :P)

because she told me last yr i shouldn't resit the exam when it would have all been fresh in my head and i would have had a chance. it's just annoying knowing i could have done it earlier when it would have been a priority. i'm really happy about a B as i never really expected doing so well but 4 marks is annoying, like i could have easily improved on my coursework too and got the a* in that as i was pretty close with that too. it's just my exam that let me down when i just missed out on the B. oh well, guess i'll have to revise ict. pewp

I got 2 B's in my English language exam but I've got an A overall for it :') I'm resitting the exam to try and get an A*, which means I have to do my two literature exams (one resit & the second exam) and my language exam in June :( But with an A it means I've definitely got a place at sixth form as I already have 5 A*-C grades which include Maths & English language at a C or above ;D

i got a B for english literature but should be an A overall because my coursework is great and english language probably a B - there isn't any official grade boundaries for english language until summer because of last years outrage lol

and for business retake (got D last time) i got a C which is still bad but I didn't even choose business so it doesn't bother me much :)

oh ye and I already have an A* for iGCSE english language so aqa english language isn't one of my main priorities
