This year I started doing GCSE dance... and it hurts. I'm not even sure how some of the people in my class can touch some parts of their bodies?

So, is there anything I can do to stop aching lmfao? Last week my upper leg ached for the whole week.

Stretch before and after. Even before and after school. Will loosen you up a bit haha.
If you have the lesson after Break, run around a bit at break. Although you're gay so football probs isn't your thing.
